What are the most valuable skills you use to do your job?
“ You definitely do need to be a talented graphic designer. And I think that that's something that just comes more natural to me where I don't have to think about it as much. I open Photoshop every day, and I have for 10 years. So like, I've become a really good graphic designer. But that has just become natural through doing the work.”
“I think the part that's not as natural is learning to become a leader, learning to fight for my team, learning to like, interact and, interact with all the other teams I have to work with and bring concepts to life. And so all those interpersonal skills, I think, are honestly the most valuable skills. Because I think there's a lot of people who could be a good graphic designer. But I think. Why I've been able to see so much career growth comes a lot more from the interpersonal skills than the design skills.”
