NETWORKING
“It's definitely been valuable for me, In terms of learning what things are like within different organizations. Because I think that in life, anyone can tend to have the feeling that the grass is always greener. But I'm connected with a lot of other people in sports, and everyone has like difficulties or hardships within any organization. So I think that has given me good perspective to understand.”
“You know. when someone shares something that's different about their organization I can learn. Oh, that could be something we should be trying to work towards, or if they tell me something that is really chaotic about the organization. I can understand. Wow! I didn't even realize that I was taking that for granted. But that's something that we do really well here.”
