What is the best part of your job?

“There is a lot of things,I think one of the best parts, is getting to work on something that so many people care about, And,we get to see that directly, Cavs, fans are so passionate.”

“So you know, everything that we make, it really does mean something to people, and they care about it. And we get to see those interactions. I think there's a lot of types of graphic design where a lot of that stuff goes out, and then you never really get to know how people are interacting with the work. So there is a lot of like enjoyment and just making something that I mean, I'm passionate about. But so many other people are passionate about, too. So I think that's what makes it most worth it.”
